Hello S.A.C. Prep. families,
We hope you are all enjoying your summer. We are excited to begin the 2025-2026 SY and would like to share some information to help prepare you and your student for the first day of school. Please review the information and email information@sacprep.org if you have any questions or concerns.
Academic Calendar
The first day of school is Wednesday, August 13th, 2025. Families will have an opportunity to meet their teacher and the rest of our staff before school begins at Back to School Night on August 7th. Please check out our website to review our Academic Calendar and stay up to date with all upcoming events.
Parent and Student Handbook
Please review the parent and student handbook for this school year. A copy of the handbook is always available on our website under the Parent tab.
Uniform Policy
Please review the uniform policy outlined in our handbook. Students that are out of uniform may be cited for dress code violation(s). Parents/guardians are encouraged to reach out to the office should they have any questions or concerns.
Attendance Policy
All students must be in class by 8:00 AM to be considered on time. Students that arrive after the bell will need to sign in at the front office to receive a tardy pass.

Nutrition
All S.A.C. Prep. students qualify for free breakfast and lunch. Breakfast will begin @ 7:30 AM.
Home Income Survey
To ensure S.A.C. Prep. is able to report information about your student accurately, we ask that all families submit a Home Income Survey for each student. Information collected from this survey is reported and used by the state to verify whether your student/family is eligible for college application fee waivers, testing fee waivers, Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (ETB), or similar benefits.
Aeries SIS
S.A.C. Prep. will be using a new student information system this school year all parents/guardians will receive an email to set up their parent access. This system will allow you to stay up to date with your student’s grades, attendance, and behavior. Please be on the lookout for that email in August.
